Both times the government acted contrary to explicit judicial orders. And in both cases the Trump Administration is denying any wrongdoing. The judicial branch is the last bulwark against complete constitutional collapse, and the Trump administration showed us this weekend that it is ready to openly defy judicial orders to carry out its mass deportation agenda.
