When habeas corpus, the right to challenge your detention, is suspended for some of us, that creates an opening for the writ to slowly be denied to more and more of us. While Stephen Miller announces that the Trump administration is "looking into it" and Kristi Noem can't seem to define it, we are all left to watch as the writ is blatantly eroded, despite judicial rulings and precedent.
